You see yourself with the aim of acting value-driven which conflicts with the aim of operating economically?
I would like to offer you a way out of this conflict:
Value-driven leading or teamwork as well as economic efficiency do not contravene. Quite the contrary, they are complementary.
Without sustainable value orientation, sustainable profits and economic efficiency, because hierarchy is made for humans not humans for hierarchy.
Ethics is a competitive advantage!
